Admission process
We are looking for participants that are passionate about making a difference for themselves, their organisation, their community, and their world.
We are looking for innovators, calculated risk-takers, visionaries, change masters, intrapreneurs, doers.
Each year we select a team of participants ready to learn together, from each other, with EM LYON, using the latest techniques and tools.

Admission criteria
Candidates must have completed a minimum of 3 years of work experience, hold a university degree, and speak at least two languages fluently.
In exceptional circumstances, young graduates with strong entrepreneurial potential and an international profile may be admitted.
Selection
Candidates are first screened via their application form including a compulsory TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC score.
Successful candidates are then invited to a selection day which includes:
Test: The TAGE-MAGE (test for managerial aptitude in French), for candidates who have not already provided a GMAT score in their application form.
Interview: The interview takes place with a panel of 2 EM LYON staff and company professionals. The aim of the interview is to check candidate’s personal qualities, motivation for the programme, and career plan.
Candidates abroad who are unable to attend any of the selection days in Lyon will be invited for either an oral interview by telephone or a local interview.
