The programme starts with an assessment of each participant’s mastery of the key competencies required of an entrepreneurial leader. The initial assessment will serve as a benchmark for progress with additional assessments throughout the year. The assessment will also be used to define the Entrepreneurial Leadership Project (ELP), career goals, and elective courses in the third trimester.

 Using our specific key competencies assessment tool, YOU will modulate your courses in order to get the best of what EM LYON has to offer for you specifically. You select your entrepreneurial project, define your career objectives, and, finally, are able to select 50% of your elective courses based on your competency assessment profiles.

 Building competencies through experiential based learning allows you to gain new competencies AND prove that you are able to put them into action.
